Movement is a key part of my work and life philosophy. I believe that part-taking in life is more enjoyable than watching it go by.

When I’m not in the clinic, I’m in the gym, on my bike, running, kayaking or swimming. As an endurance and competitive athlete, I’ve had first-hand experience in dealing with injuries and rehabilitation. I’d be happy to share a few tips that may inspire you to return to or continue with your favourite activities and would be pleased to work with you to ensure that you are moving at your optimal ability.

I am very happy to recommend Grey Lynn Osteopathy, your supportive care treatment was very effective as was your recommended exercises.
